M.A.S.K. - Transformers Crossover - #assembleMASK #Hasbro #MASKComics

A little while back I discussed an episode of Transformers where Optimus Prime transforms into a vehicle created by the "M.A.S.K." division within that cartoon world.

Browsing the internet I've found these great images of an Optimus Prime painted in some familiar colours -

An Optimus Prime/Rhino Crossover!

These are amazing and I'd love to see Hasbro bring these out for real - I guess it would have to have three modes, though!  Tractor Unit and Defence Modes as featured above and then Robot Mode as well - to make it truly a crossover.

Remember to keep up to date with all of the M.A.S.K. sites on the web as we will soon be....  You may have to wait just a little bit longer!

  1. I would SO buy that in a heart beat. Matt Trakker showed up in the 25th Anniversary series of GI Joe so never say never.

    1. I totally agree! Someone share these images on their Facebook Page earlier and it created quite a storm and every comment was positive!

I would love to see the original toys make a comeback - but crossovers like this would be amazing! Worked with the Star Wars Transformers - so this should be so easy to do!

    2. A transformers MASK crossover has happened. Just discreetly, and hardly IF ANYONE noticed.
In Transformers Prime, when agent Fowler brought the new vehicle for Prime to scan in the Beast Hunters season, he directly mentioned how this beefed up automobile with weapons mounted on it was "borrowed" from the M.A.S.K. division; which is exactly how it is written in the official script; so that cant just be a coincidence. http://tfwiki.net/wiki/File:ProjectPredacon-MASKdivision.jpg

    3. Hey Hangman.exe - as mentioned in my post above and on my blog post from 22/05/2013 (http://maskcomics.blogspot.co.uk/2013/05/mask-reference-on-transformers-prime.html), you are correct - M.A.S.K. has been mentioned in Transformers Prime.

It's good that M.A.S.K. is being mentioned, pity it's only as a "Division" of something else and we don't actually see anything more of M.A.S.K. Although, I'd prefer to see M.A.S.K. return in its own right.
